1. Locksmith Service Rules

Platinum Locksmith provides lock updates, rekeying, lockout help, and car key coding. To keep everyone safe, we only perform entries, key cutting, or lock rekeying after you show us a valid photo ID and proof of ownership (like a deed, lease paper, or car registration card).

2. Simple Prices & Estimates

Any price we quote on the phone or online is a simple estimate. Our technician will confirm the final price on-site before starting any work. The total charge includes a flat local service call fee for the trip, plus standard labor rates and any lock parts you need.

3. Cancellations & Bookings

Please book all locksmith visits in advance. If you need to cancel a scheduled dispatch, please let us know at least 2 hours before we arrive.

4. Lock Damage & Wear

We always open locks without damage whenever possible. However, if your lock is very old, rusty, or was set up incorrectly before, it might break during work. Platinum Locksmith is not responsible for pre-existing damage inside old locks, ignitions, or security systems.

5. Legal Agreement

These rules follow the laws of the state of Massachusetts. Any legal questions will be handled in Essex County courts.
